عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
كَانَ عُمَرُ " يَفْرِضُ لِلصَّبِيِّ إِذَا اسْتَهَلَ
Translation
✧ 'Umar used to allot a stipend for the child when it cried out.
