عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ غَالِبٍ الْأَسَدِيِّ قَالَ:
قَالَ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ لِحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ: عَلَى مَنْ فِكَاكُ الْأَسِيرِ ؟ قَالَ: عَلَى الْأَرْضِ الَّتِي نُقَاتِلُ عَنْهَا، قَالَ: وَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْمَوْلُودِ مَتَى يَجِبُ سَهْمُهُ ؟ قَالَ: إِذَا اسْتَهَلَّ وَجَبَ سَهْمُهُ
Translation
✧ Ibn al-Zubayr said to Husayn b. 'Ali: 'Who bears the ransom of the captive?' He said: 'The land for which we are fighting.' He said: 'And I asked him about the newborn, when does its share become obligatory?' He said: 'When it cries out, its share becomes obligatory.'
