أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى،
أَنَّ وَاثِلَةَ بْنَ الْأَسْقَعِ، دَفَعَ امْرَأَةً مِنَ النَّصَارَى مَاتَتْ وَهِيَ حُبْلَى مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ، فِي مَقْبَرَةٍ لَيْسَتْ بِمَقْبَرَةِ النَّصَارَى وَلَا مَقْبَرَةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ ". قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ: " وَيَلِيهَا أَهْلُ دِينِهَا
Translation
✧ Wathila b. al-Asqaʿ handed over a Christian woman who had died while pregnant from a Muslim to a cemetery that was neither the Christians' cemetery nor the Muslims' cemetery, between the two." Sulayman said: "Those of her religion should attend to her.
