✧ A man over whom a group of people pray

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ رَضِيعِ عَائِشَةَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
مَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ يَمُوتُ فَيُصَلِّي عَلَيْهِ أُمَّةٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ فَيَسْتَغْفِرُونَ لَهُ إِلَّا شُفِّعُوا
Translation
✧ There is no man who dies and a community of people pray over him and seek forgiveness for him except that they are granted intercession.
