عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ يَقُولُ:
رَأَيْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ لَمَّا فَرَغُوا مِنْ قَبْرِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ وَالنَّاسُ مَعَهُ، قَامَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَوَقَفَ عَلَيْهِ وَدَعَا لَهُ، قَالَ: أَسَمِعْتَ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ شَيْئًا ؟ قَالَ: لَا
Translation
✧ I saw Ibn ʿAbbās: when they had finished [filling] the grave of ʿAbd Allāh b. al-Sāʾib, and the people were with him, Ibn ʿAbbās stood and positioned himself over it and supplicated for him. He [the narrator] said: Did you hear anything of what he said? He said: No.
