عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ قَالَ:

أَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِثَوْبٍ فَسُتِرَ عَلَى الْقَبْرِ حِينَ دَلَّى سَعْدَ بْنَ مُعَاذٍ فِيهِ

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ ordered a cloth to be placed over the grave when Saʿd b. Muʿādh was lowered into it.
