Translation
✧ I asked Ata about what is said when the deceased is lowered into the grave. He said: A son of Ubayd b. Umayr died. When he was taken from above the grave, I heard Ubayd saying: "In the name of Allah, upon the faith of Ibrahim, hanif, and he was not of the polytheists. Our prayer, our sacrifice, our living, and our dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds. He has no partner, and with that we have been commanded, and we are of the Muslims."
