✧ Who has the most right to lead the prayer over the deceased

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
كَانَ يُصَلِّي عَلَى جَنَائِزِهِمْ أَئِمَّتُهُمْ قَالَ: " وَكَانَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ إِذَا مَاتَتْ فِي قَوْمٍ آخَرِينَ يُصَلِّي عَلَيْهَا إِمَامُ ذَلِكَ الْحَيِّ الَّذِي مَاتَتْ فِيهِمْ
Translation
✧ Their imams used to pray over their funerals. He said: "When a woman died among another people, the imam of that clan in which she died would pray over her."
