✧ Standing when one sees a funeral

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَطَاءً قُلْتُ: إِذَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى جِنَازَةٍ وَكُنْتَ غَيْرَ مُتَّبِعِهَا ؟ " قَالَ: أَدْخُلُ وَلَا أَنْظُرُ أَنْ تُرْفَعَ
Translation
✧ I asked 'Ata': If I pray over a funeral bier and I am not following it? He said: I enter and do not wait to see it lifted.
