✧ Wiping Over Bandages and Wounds

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي كَسْرِ الْيَدِ وَالرِّجْلِ وَكُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَدِيدٍ، إِذَا كَانَ مَعْصُوبًا فَاللهُ أَعْذَرُ بِالْعُذْرِ فَلْيَمْسَحِ الْعَصَائِبَ
Translation
✧ About the fracture of the hand, the leg, and everything severe: if it is bandaged, then Allah is most accepting of the excuse, so he should wipe the bandages.
