✧ Pre-Ejaculatory Fluid

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ،
فِي الْمَذْيِ يَغْسِلُ ذَكَرَهُ، وَيَتَوَضَّأُ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ
Translation
✧ Regarding pre-ejaculatory fluid: he should wash his penis and perform wudu' as he does for prayer.
