✧ Drops of Urine and Moisture of the Private Part When Wetness Is Found

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: وَجَدْتُ رِيبَةً مِنَ الْمَنِيِّ قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ فَلَمْ أَنْظُرْ إِلَيْهِ حَتَّى انْصَرَفْتُ مِنَ الْمَغْرِبِ، فَوَجَدْتُ فِي طَرَفِ ذَكَرِي مَنِيًّا قَالَ: فَعُدْ لِصَلَاتِكَ كُلِّهَا، قُلْتُ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ صَلَّيْتُ الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ وَالْمَغْرِبَ، ثُمَّ انْقَلَبْتُ، فَإِذَا أَنَا أَجِدُ مَذْيًا وَلَمْ أَرْتَبْ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ وَلَا بَعْدَهُ، قَالَ: فَلَا تُعِدُّهُ، فَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَّكَ أَمْذَيْتَ بَعْدَ مَا صَلَّيْتَ، قُلْتُ: جَامَعْتُ ثُمَّ رُحْتُ فَوَجَدْتُ رِيبَةً قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ فَلَمْ أَنْصَرِفْ حَتَّى انْقَلَبْتُ عِشَاءً فَوَجَدْتُ مَذْيًا قَدْ يَبِسَ عَلَى طَرَفِ الْإِحْلِيلِ، فَتَعَشَّيْتُ وَلَمْ أَعْجَلْ عَنْ عَشَائِي، ثُمَّ رُحْتُ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَصَلَّيْتُ الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ وَالْمَغْرِبَ، يَقُولُ: أَعَدْتُهُنَّ، فَرَآنِي قَدْ أَصَبْتُ فِيمَا أَعَدْتُهُ
Translation
✧ I said to Ata: I found a trace of semen before Zuhr but did not look at it until I finished from Maghrib, and I found semen at the tip of my penis. He said: Repeat all of your prayer. I said: What do you think if I prayed Zuhr, Asr, and Maghrib, then turned back, and found madhy but did not have doubt before or after that? He said: Do not repeat it, for perhaps you emitted madhy after you prayed. I said: I had intercourse, then went out and found a trace before Zuhr but did not leave until I returned at Isha and found madhy that had dried on the tip of the urethra. I had dinner and did not hurry from my dinner, then went to the mosque and prayed Zuhr, Asr, and Maghrib. He said: I repeated them, and he saw that I had done correctly in what I repeated.
