عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
يُعْطَى الْمِسْكِينُ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ وَإِنْ أَخَذَهَا
