عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: إِنْسَانٌ فَقِيرٌ مُحْتَاجٌ وَهُوَ مَدِينٌ أَيُلْقِي ؟ " قَالَ: نَعَمْ، فَقَالَ: " إِنْسَانٌ أَيَاخُذُ مِنْهَا ؟ " قَالَ: نَعَمْ
Translation
✧ I said to ʿAṭāʾ: A poor, needy person who is also in debt — does he give it? He said: "Yes." Then he said: "A person — may he take from it?" He said: "Yes."
