عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قَالَ إِنْسَانٌ لِعَطَاءٍ: يُلْقِي زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ عَنْهُ وَعَنْ عِيَالِهِ أَيَأْخُذُ مِنْهَا إِذَا قُسِّمَتْ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ، إِنْ كَانَ مُحْتَاجًا
Translation
✧ A person said to ʿAṭāʾ: He gives the zakāt al-fiṭr on behalf of himself and his dependents; may he take from it when it is distributed? He said: "Yes, if he is in need."
