عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا غَالِبٍ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ، صَاحِبَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ قَامَتِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ بِأَبْوَابِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَيَكْتُبُونَ النَّاسَ عَلَى مَنَازِلِهِمُ الْأَوَّلَ، فَإِنْ تَأَخَّرَ رَجُلٌ مِنْهُمْ عَنْ مَنْزِلِهِ دَعَتْ لَهُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ، يَقُولُونَ: " اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كَانَ مَرِيضًا فَاشْفِهِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ حَاجَةٌ فَاقْضِ لَهُ حَاجَتَهُ " فَلَا يَزَالُونَ كَذَلِكَ حَتَّى إِذَا خَرَجَ الْإِمَامُ طُوِيَتِ الصُّحُفُ ثُمَّ خُتِمَتْ، فَمَنْ جَاءَ بَعْدَ نُزُولِ الْإِمَامِ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الصَّلَاةَ وَلَمْ يُدْرِكِ الْجُمُعَةَ
Translation
✧ On Friday, the angels stand at the doors of the mosque and write down the people according to their ranks: the first, then the next. If a man among them is delayed from his rank, the angels supplicate for him, saying: 'O Allah, if he is sick, heal him; O Allah, if he has a need, fulfill his need.' They continue in this manner until when the imam comes out, the pages are folded and then sealed. Whoever comes after the imam descends has caught the prayer but has not caught the Friday prayer.
