عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ،
كَانَ يَخْرُجُ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَيَلْقَاهُ الرَّجُلُ، فَيَقُولُ: مَا شَأْنُكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ؟ فَيَقُولُ: " أَخْرَجَنِي الْقَاصُّ، قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: وَقَدْ كَانَ ابْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ يَسْمَعُهُمْ يَقْرَءُونَ السَّجْدَةَ، فَلَا يَسْجُدُ، وَيَقُولُ: " إِنِّي لَمْ أَجْلِسْ إِلَيْهِمْ
Translation
✧ He used to come out of the mosque and a man would meet him and say: What is the matter with you, O Abu 'Abd al-Rahman? He would say: "The storyteller drove me out." Ma'mar said: Al-Zuhri said: Ibn al-Musayyib used to hear them reciting the prostration verse, and he would not prostrate, saying: "I did not sit with them."
