✧ Recitation on the day of Jumu'ah

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْجُعْفِيِّ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ:
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُرَجِّعُ بِهَاتَيْنِ السُّورَتَيْنِ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ بِسُورَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ وَ ﴿إِذَا جَاءَكَ الْمُنَافِقُونَ ﴾
Translation
✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ reciting these two surahs with tarji' on Friday: Surat al-Jumu'ah and “When the hypocrites come to you.”
