عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَمَّنْ سَأَلَ عَائِشَةَ:
فِي كَمْ تُصَلِّي الْمَرْأَةُ مِنَ الثِّيَابِ ؟ فَقَالَتْ لَهُ: سَلْ عَلِيًّا، ثُمَّ ارْجِعْ إِلَيَّ فَأَخْبِرْنِي بِالَّذِي يَقُولُ لَكَ قَالَ: فَأَتَى عَلِيًّا فَسَأَلَهُ، فَقَالَ: " فِي الْخِمَارِ وَالدِّرْعِ السَّابِغِ "، فَرَجَعَ إِلَى عَائِشَةَ فَأَخْبَرَهَا، فَقَالَتْ: " صَدَقَ
Translation
✧ In how many garments may a woman pray? She said to him: "Ask Ali, then come back to me and tell me what he says to you." He said: So he went to Ali and asked him, and he said: "In the khimar and the ample dir'." Then he returned to Aisha and told her, and she said: "He has spoken the truth."
