✧ Whoever abandons the prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ، وَعُمَرَ، قَالَا لِرَجُلٍ:
صَلِّ الصَّلَاةَ الَّتِي افْتَرَضَ اللهُ عَلَيْكَ لِوَقْتِهَا، فَإِنَّ فِي تَفْرِيطِهَا الْهَلَكَةَ
Translation
✧ Pray the prayer that Allah has made obligatory upon you at its proper time, for in neglecting it is destruction.
