عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ يَقُولُ:
الْقُنُوتُ فِي الْوِتْرِ وَالصُّبْحِ: " اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْتَعِينُكَ، وَنَسْتَغْفِرُكَ، وَنُثْنِي عَلَيْكَ الْخَيْرَ، وَلَا نَكْفُرُكَ، وَنُؤْمِنُ بِكَ، وَنَخْلَعُ وَنَتْرُكُ مَنْ يَفْجُرُكَ، اللَّهُمَّ إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَلَكَ نُصَلِّي وَنَسْجُدُ، وَإِلَيْكَ نَسْعَى وَنَحْفِدُ، نَرْجُو رَحْمَتَكَ، وَنَخْشَى عَذَابَكَ الْجِدَّ، إِنَّ عَذَابَكَ الْجِدَّ بِالْكُفَّارِ مُلْحِقٌ، اللَّهُمَّ عَذِّبِ الْكَفَرَةَ وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ، وَأَلْقِ فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ الرُّعْبَ، وَخَالِفْ بَيْنَ كَلِمَتِهِمْ، وَأَنْزِلْ عَلَيْهِمْ رِجْزَكَ وَعَذَابَكَ، اللَّهُمَّ عَذِّبْ كَفَرَةَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ الَّذِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِكَ وَيُكَذِّبُونَ رُسُلَكَ، اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ، وَالْمُسْلِمِينَ وَالْمُسْلِمَاتِ، اللَّهُمَّ أَصْلِحْ ذَاتَ بَيْنِهِمْ، وَأَلِّفْ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِهِمْ، وَاجْعَلْ فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ الْإِيمَانَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ، وَأَوْزِعْهُمْ أَنْ يَشْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ، وَأَنْ يُوفُوا بِعَهْدِكَ الَّذِي عَاهَدْتَهُمْ عَلَيْهِ، وَتَوَفَّهُمْ عَلَى مِلَّةِ رَسُولِكَ، وَانْصُرْهُمْ عَلَى عَدُوِّكَ وَعَدُوِّهِمْ، إِلَهَ الْحَقِّ، وَاجْعَلْنَا مِنْهُمْ "، فَكَانَ يَقُولُ هَذَا، ثُمَّ يَخِرُّ سَاجِدًا، وَكَانَ لَا يَزِيدُ عَلَى هَذَا شَيْئًا مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، وَكَانَ بَعْضُ مَنْ يَسْأَلُهُ يَقُولُ: يَا أَبَا سَعِيدٍ أَيَزِيدُ عَلَى هَذَا شَيْئًا مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، وَالدُّعَاءِ، وَالتَّسْبِيحِ، وَالتَّكْبِيرِ، فَيَقُولُ: " لَا أَنْهَاكُمْ، وَلَكِنِّي سَمِعْتُ أَصْحَابَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَزِيدُونَ عَلَى هَذَا شَيْئًا، وَيَغْضَبُ إِذَا أَرَادُوهُ عَلَى الزِّيَادَةِ
Translation
✧ The qunut in the witr and the morning prayer is: 'O Allah, we seek Your help, and we seek Your forgiveness, and we praise You with goodness, and we do not disbelieve in You, and we believe in You, and we cast off and forsake whoever disobeys You. O Allah, You alone we worship, and to You we pray and prostrate, and to You we strive and hasten. We hope for Your mercy and fear Your severe punishment; indeed, Your severe punishment will overtake the disbelievers. O Allah, punish the disbelievers and the polytheists, and cast terror into their hearts, and cause discord among their words, and send down upon them Your wrath and Your punishment. O Allah, punish the disbelievers of the People of the Book who block people from Your path and deny Your messengers. O Allah, forgive the believing men and women, and the Muslim men and women. O Allah, reconcile their hearts, and unite their hearts, and place faith and wisdom in their hearts, and inspire them to be grateful for Your favor which You bestowed upon them, and to fulfill Your covenant which You made with them, and cause them to die upon the religion of Your Messenger, and grant them victory over Your enemy and their enemy, O God of truth, and include us among them.' He would say this, then fall into prostration. He would not add anything to this from the prayer upon the Prophet ﷺ. Some of those who asked him would say: 'O Abu Sa'id, does he add anything to this from the prayer upon the Prophet ﷺ, supplication, glorification, and takbir?' He would say: 'I do not forbid you, but I heard the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ not adding anything to this, and he would become angry if they wanted him to add more.'
