✧ Praying for rain

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ التَّيْمِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ سَعِيدٍ، أَحْسَبُهُ ذَكَرَهُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ
أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَسْتَسْقِي يَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ اسْقِ عِبَادَكَ وَبَهَائِمَكَ، وَانْشُرْ رَحْمَتَكَ، وَأَحْيِ بَلَدَكَ الْمَيِّتَ
Translation
✧ The Prophet of God ﷺ used to pray for rain, saying, 'O God, give water to Your servants and Your animals, spread Your mercy, and revive Your dead land.'
