عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ ضُمَيْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ،
أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الِاسْتِسْقَاءِ: " إِذَا خَرَجْتُمْ فَاحْمَدُوا اللهَ وَأَثْنُوا عَلَيْهِ بِمَا هُوَ أَهْلَهُ، وَصَلُّوا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَاسْتَغْفِرُوا فَإِنَّ الِاسْتِسْقَاءَ الِاسْتِغْفَارُ " قَالَ: وَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ: إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ حَوَّلَ رِدَاءَهُ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ حِينَ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَدْعُوَ
Translation
✧ He said about the rain-seeking: 'When you go out, praise God and extol Him as He deserves, and send blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ, and seek forgiveness; for the rain-seeking is seeking forgiveness.' He said: And Ali said: The Prophet ﷺ turned his cloak while standing when he wanted to supplicate.
