✧ What Is Recited in Witr and How the Takbir Is Done in It

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ وَغَيْرِهِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ،
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَسْتَحِبُّ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْوَتْرِ ﴿قُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ ﴾وَ ﴿آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنْـزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ رَبِّهِ ﴾
Translation
✧ He used to prefer to recite in the last rak'ah of witr “Say: He is God, the One” and “The Messenger believes in what has been sent down to him from his Lord.”
