✧ A Man Prays Witr Then Wakes Up and Wants to Pray

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ: "
إِذَا أَوْتَرَ أَوَّلَ اللَّيْلِ فَلَا يَشْفَعُ بِرَكْعَةٍ وَصَلَّى شَفْعًا حَتَّى يُصْبِحَ
Translation
✧ When he prays witr at the beginning of the night, he should not make it even with a rakʿah, and he should pray an even number until morning.
