✧ A Man Prays Witr Then Wakes Up and Wants to Pray

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هَارُونَ الْعَبْدِيِّ، عَنْ حِطَّانَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ قَالَ:
إِنْ شِئْتَ إِذَا أَوْتَرْتَ قُمْتَ فَشَفَعْتَ بِرَكْعَةٍ ثُمَّ أَوْتَرْتَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، وَإِنْ شِئْتَ صَلَّيْتَ بَعْدَ الْوِتْرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ، وَإِنْ شِئْتَ أَخَّرْتَ الْوِتْرَ حَتَّى تُوتِرَ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ
Translation
✧ If you wish, when you have prayed witr, you stand and make it even with a rakʿah, then you pray witr after that; and if you wish, you pray two rakʿahs after the witr; and if you wish, you delay the witr until you pray it at the end of the night.
