عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمَّارٍ الدُّهْنِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ قَالَ: قَالَ حُذَيْفَةُ بْنُ الْيَمَانِ:
لَا وِتْرَ إِلَّا عَلَى مَنْ تَلَا الْقُرْآنَ
Translation
✧ There is no witr except upon one who has recited the Qur'an.
