✧ May a Man Pray While Driving His Animal, and Shortening the Prayer

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِقَتَادَةَ: أَيُصَلِّي الرَّجُلُ وَهُوَ يَسُوقُ دَابَّتَهُ إِلَى غَيْرِ الْقِبْلَةِ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ خَائِفًا.
Translation

✧ I said to Qatadah: May a man pray while driving his animal not facing the qiblah? He said: No, unless he is in fear.
