4516 4484 - قَالَ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ كُلْثُومِ بْنِ جَبْرٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ مِثْلَهُ.

Translation
✧ 4516 4484 - Ibn Uyaynah said: And Amr b. Dinar informed me, from Kulthum b. Jabr, from a man, from Umar, something similar. [Hidden matn]: Umar b. al-Khattab ordered a man who fasted the month of Ramadan while traveling to make it up.
