✧ Touching the Groins and Testicles

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
إِذَا مَسَّ الرَّجُلُ أُنْثَيَيْهِ، أَوْ رُفْغَيْهِ تَوَضَّأَ
Translation
✧ If a man touches his testicles or his inguinal creases, he performs ablution.
