عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ مَسَسْتُ مَا حَوْلَ الذَّكَرِ وَالْأُنْثَيَيْنِ ؟ قَالَ: فَلَا وُضُوءَ إِلَّا مِنْهُ نَفْسِهِ
Translation

✧ I said to ʿAṭāʾ: What do you think if I touch what is around the penis and the testicles? He said: No ablution except from touching it itself.
