عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: "
جَمَعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فِي غَيْرِ سَفَرٍ وَلَا خَوْفٍ ". قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: وَلِمَ تُرَاهُ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ ؟ قَالَ: " أَرَادَ أَنْ لَا يُحْرِجَ أَحَدًا مِنْ أُمَّتِهِ
Translation
✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ combined the Zuhr and ‘Asr prayers in Madinah without traveling and without fear. He said: I said to Ibn ‘Abbas, 'Why do you think he did that?' He said, 'He wanted not to impose hardship on anyone of his community.'
