عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ: فِيمَا جُعِلَ الْقَصْرُ فِي الْخَوْفِ وَقَدْ أَمِنَ النَّاسُ ؟ قَالَ: " السُّنَّةُ "، قُلْتُ: وَرُخْصَةٌ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ
Translation
✧ I said: "For what reason was shortening instituted in fear when the people are now safe?" He said: "The Sunnah." I said: "And is it a concession?" He said: "Yes."
