عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ
كَانَ يَقْصُرُهَا فِيهَا مَا أَقَامَ - يَعْنِي بِمَكَّةَ - فِي سَفَرِهِ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ، وَعُمَرُ، وَعُثْمَانُ حَتَّى كَانَ بَيْنَ ظَهْرَانَيْ خِلَافَتِهِ
Translation
✧ He used to shorten it as long as he stayed—meaning at Makkah—during his journey, as did Abū Bakr, ʿUmar, and ʿUthmān until the middle of his caliphate.
