✧ Prayer at the time of fighting with swords

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ
فِي قَوْلِهِ: ﴿فَرِجَالًا أَوْ رُكْبَانًا ﴾قَالَ: " ذَلِكَ عِنْدَ الضِّرَابِ بِالسَّيْفِ، تُصَلِّي رَكْعَةً إِيمَاءً حَيْثُ كَانَ وَجْهُكَ رَاكِبًا كُنْتَ، أَوْ مَاشِيًا، أَوْ سَاعِيًا
Translation
✧ Regarding His saying, “on foot or mounted”: He said: “That is at the striking with the sword: you pray one rakʿah with gestures, wherever your face is, whether you are mounted, on foot, or hastening.”
