✧ Does one pray the two rak'ahs of Fajr when the prayer has been established

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِنْ لَمْ يَقْضِ رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ
Translation
✧ If he has not made up the two rak'ahs of Fajr, there is nothing upon him.
