✧ Does one pray the two rak'ahs of Fajr when the prayer has been established

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ: "
إِذَا دَخَلْتَ الْمَسْجِدَ وَالْإِمَامُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ، وَلَمْ تَكُنْ رَكَعْتَ رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ، فَصَلِّهِمَا ثُمَّ ادْخُلْ مَعَ الْإِمَامِ
Translation
✧ When you enter the mosque and the imam is in prayer, and you have not prayed the two rak'ahs of Fajr, pray them, then join the imam.
