✧ Does one pray the two rak'ahs of Fajr when the prayer has been established

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
إِذَا أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ وَلَمْ تَرْكَعْ رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ صَلِّ مَعَ الْإِمَامِ، فَإِذَا فَرَغَ ارْكَعْهُمَا بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar, from Ibn Ṭāwūs, from his father, who said:
✧ When the prayer has been established and you have not prayed the two rak'ahs of Fajr, pray with the imam. Then when he finishes, pray them after Fajr.
