✧ Does one pray the two rak'ahs of Fajr when the prayer has been established

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ، أَوْ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ،
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَأَى رَجُلًا يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَقَدْ أُقِيمَتْ صَلَاةُ الْفَجْرِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: أَيَّتُهُمَا صَلَاتُكَ ؟ الَّتِي صَلَّيْتَ وَحْدَكَ، أَمِ الَّتِي صَلَّيْتَ مَعَنَا
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ saw a man praying two rak'ahs when the Fajr prayer had already been established, and the Prophet ﷺ said: "Which of them is your prayer? The one you prayed alone, or the one you prayed with us?"
