عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ الذَّيَّاكِ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ عَنِ الْمَقْصُورَةِ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّمَا فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يَطْعَنُوهُمْ
Translation
✧ Ibn 'Umar was asked about the enclosure, and he said, 'They only did that for fear that they would be stabbed.'
