✧ The rulers who delay the prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ:
أَنَّ حَسَنًا، وَحُسَيْنًا، كَانَا يُسْرِعَانِ إِذَا سَمِعَا مُنَادِيَ مَرْوَانَ، وَهُمَا يَشْتُمَانِهِ يُصَلِّيَانِ مَعَهُ
Translation
✧ Hasan and Husayn would hasten when they heard Marwan's caller, even while they were insulting him, and pray with him.
