✧ The rulers who delay the prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يَسَافٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صُهَيْبٍ، وَأَبِي الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَا: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
إِنَّهُ سَتَكُونُ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَرَاءُ يُؤَخِّرُونَ الصَّلَاةَ، فَصَلُّوا الصَّلَاةَ لِوَقْتِهَا، فَإِذَا أَدْرَكْتُمْ فَصَلُّوا وَاجْعَلُوا صَلَاتَكُمْ مَعَهُمْ سُبْحَةً
Translation
✧ There will be rulers over you who delay the prayer. Pray the prayer at its time. If you catch it, then pray and make your prayer with them a supererogatory prayer.
