✧ The rulers who delay the prayer

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ صَامِتٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
إِنَّهَا سَتَكُونُ أُمَرَاءُ يُصَلُّونَ الصَّلَاةَ لِوَقْتِهَا، وَيُؤَخِّرُونَهَا عَنْ وَقْتِهَا، فَصَلُّوا الصَّلَاةَ لِوَقْتِهَا، فَإِنْ أَخَّرُوهَا فَقَدْ أَحْرَزْتُمْ صَلَاتَكُمْ
Translation
✧ There will be rulers who pray the prayer at its time and delay it from its time. Pray the prayer at its time. If they delay it, then you have secured your prayer.
