✧ The man who prays a prayer without completing it

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْهَجَرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنْ أَحْسَنَ الصَّلَاةَ حَيْثُ يَرَاهُ النَّاسُ، ثُمَّ أَسَاءَهَا حِينَ يَخْلُو، فَتِلْكَ اسْتِهَانَةٌ اسْتَهَانَ بِهَا رَبَّهُ

Translation

✧ Whoever performs the prayer well when people see him, then performs it badly when alone, that is contempt with which he treats his Lord.
