✧ The imam of a people who is struck by janabah and finds no water

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ صَاحِبٍ لَهُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، أَوْ غَيْرِهِ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ:
لَا يَؤُمُّ الْمُتَيَمِّمُ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ قَالَ: وَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ: " لَا يَؤُمُّ الْمُقَيَّدُ الْمُطْلَقِينَ
Translation
✧ One who performs tayammum does not lead those who have purified themselves with water. He said: And ʿAlī said: “A shackled person does not lead those who are unshackled.”
