✧ The imam of a people who is struck by janabah and finds no water

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي إِمَامِ قَوْمٍ أَصَابَتْهُ جَنَابَةٌ فَلَمْ يَجِدْ مَاءً قَالَ: " لِيُقَدِّمْ غَيْرَهُ
Translation
✧ Regarding the imam of a people who is struck by janābah and finds no water, he said: “Let him put forward someone else.”
