عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَا:
التَّيَمُّمُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْمَاءِ
Translation
✧ Tayammum is equivalent to water.
