✧ When forgetfulness and takbir coincide during the days of Tashriq

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَفُوتُهُ بَعْضُ الصَّلَاةِ فِي أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ مَعَ الْإِمَامِ قَالَ: " يَقُومُ فَيَقْضِي، فَإِذَا فَرَغَ مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ كَبَّرَ بَعْدُ "، مِثْلَ قَوْلِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ
Translation
✧ Concerning the man who misses part of the prayer during the days of Tashriq with the imam, he said: He stands and makes up, and when he finishes his prayer he says takbir afterwards, like the statement of Ibn Sirin.
