✧ A man who doubts his prayer after finishing and does not know whether he prayed or not

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ شَيْخٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي رَجُلٍ لَا يَدْرِي أَصَلَّى أَمْ لَا ؟ قَالَ: " يُعِيدُ مَا كَانَ فِي وَقْتِ تِلْكَ الصَّلَاةِ، فَإِذَا مَضَى الْوَقْتُ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ إِعَادَةٌ
Translation
✧ Concerning a man who does not know whether he prayed or not, he said: 'He repeats it as long as it is within the time of that prayer. Once the time has passed, he is not obligated to repeat it.'
