✧ Turning around during the prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ - يَعْنِي: ابْنَ مَعْبَدٍ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ:

إِنَّ الْعَبْدَ إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ فَأَحْسَنَ وُضُوءَهُ، ثُمَّ قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ، اسْتَقْبَلَهُ اللهُ بِوَجْهِهِ يُنَاجِيهِ، فَلَمْ يَصْرِفْهُ عَنْهُ حَتَّى يَكُونَ هُوَ الَّذِي يَصْرِفُ أَوْ يَلْتَفِتُ يَمِينًا أَوْ شِمَالًا

Translation

✧ When the servant performs ablution and does it well, then stands for prayer, God faces him with His face, conversing intimately with him, and He does not turn away from him until he is the one who turns away or turns right or left.
